| Large-scale

volume of coal has already reached 1.2 million ton. The anthracite

Energy Co., Ltd. 80% of the steel used by highways in the province
is supplied by Anhui Huishang Metal Co., Ltd. A long-term, steady
relationship has been maintained with the large-scale,state-owned
enterprises such as Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Jinan Iron
and Steel Group Corporation, and Shanxi Jinchen Mining Group. The
steel service center in Hefei, jointly invested with Shanghai Baoshan
Steel Group Corporation, has officially launched production. Huishang
Steel Grand Market, covering an area of 400 mu in Luyang Industrial
Garden, will become a modern distribution base for metals which is
the most advanced in China and the functionally best in East China.
Its spot transactions and online trade volume now amounts to 40 billion
Yuan, profits and taxes nearly 100 million Yuan. |

industry has gained great impetus and developed rapidly. Its business
area has totaled 450,000 square meters with an annual sales volume
of RMB 8.3 billion. Anhui Shangzhidu Co., Ltd. has speeded up the
enforcement of the strategy of low cost expansion and has owned 15
chain stores in different cities and counties, with an annual sales
volume ranking the first among retail enterprises in the province
continuously. Huishang Food Co., Ltd. has set up 129 chain supermarkets
and basically established a meat industrial chain of ¡°two farms, one
supermarket¡±, i.e., an assorted range of farm, slaughterhouse and
chain supermarket. The agricultural materials sales network of Nongjiafu
covers 55 counties, cities and special districts, such as Gushi County
in Henan province and Pengze County in Jiangxi province, as well as
more than 1000 towns and villages, offering services to over 6 million
farmers. Being an advanced experimental unit of Thousands of Villages
Project started by the Ministry of Commerce, Huishang Nongjiafu was
once highly praised by Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai. |
